Posting pics with new site format "URL" upload???

Can someone please explain how to insert a picture using the "URL" upload process? I used to just hit insert, then browse, then go to outlook and post away. But I've had no luck using the URL upload. Thanks, Thomas

Better to upload somewhere else like Photobucket, then use the link from there.
