have the same issue, only have 1 message inbox,but email says box is full

Check your sent folder as that also goes against the quota. I also think you only get 10 PM's as a "registered" user

I got three emails yesterday from members who I was expecting PM's from and when I login in none of them are here! My inbox is not full either. I also saw two other threads on the board where people are seeing similiar issues.

Please do not create duplicate tech tickets, it only slows down the process of fixing things.

My apologies for creating a duplicate ticket. My suggestion would be if you don't want duplicate tickets created then you should provide an update on the existing ticket that someone is looking into it. I checked the existing ticket and also looked for any other postes on the site related to this problem but didn't find any updates from the admins!
