YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING
Jesus what ever Christ , it has to accept OSO cookies and cannot delete them
My browser accepts cookies, so should accept OSO and NO they not being deleted, but it still comes back. It accept cookies for every other website what's different about OSO?
I want to know how to stop them even once?

My apologies
Assuming the site is reading me because when I select "New Post" it shows me the threads with new entries that I have not seen. The list varies based on the last time I was here.
windows 7 and 64 bit
IE 11
See it with every new thread I select to read

I tried using IE 11 and the tutorial kept popping up over and over. IE would also freeze up and shut down and restart and then show the tutorial again.
No issues using Chrome.

IE has no issue so far as my use of freezing. Used chrome last year, and google has other security issues associated with it (Symantec goes wild at times). Do not plan to try chrome again

Use to gray the screen with the "whats new" now its black with "whats new"
Every thread, even if I just looked at it, and go right back to the same thread, it does it again.
