I made a classified add for parts several months ago now I tried another one and it said I could not post until I made 5 POSTS made five posts and now tried a add again and now it says I cant until I make at least 10 posts could someone tell me whats going on

I assume you mean in the Swap Shop??
It should not require any number of posts to start a thread there. It does take 10 posts to add a pic.

I saw you posted in the Swap Shop and issue is resolved
