If I don't fill in the url box, it says to enter a valid url. If I copy and paste the link that you posted for me, it says that my email address is already registered.

I just tried the forgot password option for my own account and I got nothing in my email as well. I will direct the problem to IB
Until then, you have 2 options. Keep trying different passwords that you think it may have been or use a different email address to create a new classified account.

That was the first thing I thought of as well for him. The only thing that goes to my spam is what I have blocked and I got nothing when I did the forgot password.
