Reply to ad does not work in classified

First thing is post a link to your ad.
I reported it to the IB techs, but they are often not real quick about responding. They monitor this section and that is why I moved your thread here.
For now, I would just edit your ad and include your email address.
This happened a while back to someone else and I don't recall the cause or solution.

Make sure that you have Offshore Only whitelisted by your email provider (also check your spam/trash for any messages you may have missed). Everything in your account seems to be consistent. Your contact email is the same one you listed in your advert description.

Checked junk box... nothing. I have tested it several times, nothing. Can someone at least check if any reply’s have been made and possibly forward them. I mean....
I also checked my web based email server to make sure it wasn’t an iOS issue. Nothing there either in junk, spam, inbox.

It would be good idea for you to hit the subscribe button right above your original post.
That way, you'll get an email notification when anything gets posted by the IB guys.
Looks like somebody else had the same issue and does not look like a solution was found. Not receiving any emails
Not sure if there is some weird glitch because this is only the second time I've heard of this happening. Maybe IB can refund/credit you to allow you to try to duplicate the ad.

I don't have the power to view messages sent to you, but I can give you a credit to your account.
You'll also want to make sure emails coming from @internetbrands.com and @offshoreonly.com are whitelisted in your email server/client.
