on my comp at my business and home i keep getting the window for whats new? even though i click got it, it keeps showing up

I get it about every 10th log in. Also now Im getting do I want to allow OSO to use 1.4 gb of storage on my computer.

I get that screen EVERY single time i log in at my work computer! But not at home...probably has something to do with cookies or the firewall here at work...
