Expired platnum membership when its not
 

I received a email and PM saying my one year platinum menbership had expired, when in fact I had renewed it in May of this year. What gives?

they are suppose to reimburse me

no it did not

so what gives Its still not fixed

IBJoel , what gives? my membership says its still expired when i renewed it in April of this year.

And Ive not received my reimbursement.............

Apologies, I only registered your first post on 6/11 when I last checked this thread. I granted you Platinum and added an additional 3 months to your subscription.


I'm going to see where this is at in our accounting pipeline. I have an email record of sending it to them on June 6th. It can take up to 7 bussiness days, but this is ridiculous.

Im ok with them keeping it, just dont bill me for the next year ?

What exactly does that mean ?

You won't be billed for next year. Your membership has been cancelled.

How can I pay for a membership without using paypal?

Unfortunately that is the only method offered at the moment

Looks like it got fixed. I saw you were a "Registered" a few days ago and are now back to "Platinum Member" status.
