Default Expired platnum membership when its not

I received a email and PM saying my one year platinum menbership had expired, when in fact I had renewed it in May of this year. What gives?

they are suppose to reimburse me

Apologies, I only registered your first post on 6/11 when I last checked this thread. I granted you Platinum and added an additional 3 months to your subscription.
