The wife and I will be going. It has been years since I have been on Watts Bar so this is a good excuse to go. We should be down first thing Saturday morning.

Here is a small bit of info on the run from Davis at the marina:

"We have two classifications, cruisers and powerboats , If we get enough high performance we will create the over 65 mph. Since this is our first time we are assuming many will apply that day, currently we only have about 10 registered.

I think he is correct that many will register the day of the event.
