Looking for N, NNE, or NE exposure preferably southside. Must be waterfront. House or condo OK. Will not consider western exposure so don't even bother unless there are a lot of trees. Don't need boat slip just good docking.

I am getting the Scarab for a throw down for right now. I want the cat from Tenn also, but after the insurance quotes yesterday, I am trying to re negotiate with the guy. If the cat deal goes down, it will take some time before I actually get to get it, use it, or drive it.

town and country, original order came from allstate, they fu(ked up the order again and sent me two different kinds of brick again, so i sent it all back
