We still have 12 waterfront lots left. Don't know about a sweet deal, though. Our waterfronts start at 187k to 525k. :cool: The only way I could get you a better deal is to take out my commission, which I'm willing to work with for friends. Let me know, it will be one of the most exclusive gated neighborhoods on the lake, but it won't come cheap! :cool-smiley-027:

Bella Vita is the closest neighborhood to I-45, we are located off Leage Line Road, 4 miles from outlet mall and 1.5 miles north of the new 800,000 sq.ft. mall going in at 3083. Off the water, we are 2 miles from the dam on the east side of the lake. The cove where French Quarter is located, and about a 5minute boat ride to Papas, ect. Very DEEP water access, never have to worry about drought problems.
