Scotch tape, scissors, and silicon. Sounds like one of my repairs. All that is missing is the duct tape and bailing wire.

The hardware was cheap and the fit and finish was avg to below avg. But it ran smooth and felt great on our test drive on Galveston Bay. But I think a Baja 340 Sportfish is a better boat, and they are nearly identical but the Baja seems built better IMO.
