Yep we have a home warranty and no the inspector did not catch it. Our lawyer is writing a letter.

Inspectors don't really know about things like that, and they probably have a disclaimer on the contract. All most of those inspectors are good for is finding cracks in the windows, and leaky faucets.

If you can't see it yourself, they probably won't find it either.

He missed a few things this is not the first.

Also there are a few things that would not pass code so that is what we are having the letter written for.The leter is not to the inspector its to the seller.
