CONROE- CPD Sgt. Bob Berry said Friday morning that the man stabbed to death in the parking lot of Molly's Pub on North Loop 336 Thursday night was 23-year-old George Benjamin "Ben" Macaluso II.
A second male, whose identity was not released as of 9 a.m., is listed in critical but stable condition at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston with serious internal injuries from the assault, according to Berry. The third male suffered broken bones in his left leg and was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital The Woodlands. It was originally believed he was run over while lying on the pavement, but Berry said investigators determined he was struck instead. The incident involved six males who had a verbal argument that turned into a physical altercation with weapons, which were a knife and a sledge hammer. As of this posting, police are still searching for the others involved in the altercation, who fled the scene before emergency responders or law enforcement arrived. |
