I guess it isn't really a downgrade because it's still a Sutphen-"Stuphen" . At least I didn't buy a Fountain-"Faja".

The Sea Doo might be an improvement over Smooth in the rough.

Yep. He wants to pay $55K for a '94 with 454's instead of $65K for a 01 or 02 with 500EFI's.

of yeah and it doesn't matter what price it is unless it is given to me. A new "personal" boat is not going to happen this summer.
