You know if you get a couple more boats over there and put an admissions schedule, some velvet ropes etc, you can write off the money that you aren't making against your personal income as a non profit museum, and increase your tax return for this year.

Cool, then you can give me another check for two years back rent...we can play this game all day long or you can just come get your crap. Work is about to be done on that side of the barn and everything must go. The poontoon boat is being picked up next week and the villian is going to be burn or rolled down the hill into Colter's pond.
