I'll get around to it eventually.

ABout a 15K job IF I don't have to take out the shower.

I am having the plumber come put in a secret weapon in my main drain so that if those azzhole neighbors pull that chit again they are going to get a surprise.
Sorry to hear about your house. Ours took a 100' pine on the upstairs master and I need a crane to get it off. Now the doors and windows don't operate properly and probably have a frame shift...I sure hope State Farm is really "like a good neighbor"...we'll see I guess

They fly around in a giant helicopter and throw out bags of money to everyone.

They actually do pay pretty good, but if you really do have structural damage, you better hope they don't give you somebody fresh off the boat, because he will go out there and pay your tree bill and replace the roof and go down the road and then you'll have to wait for the supplement process.

Good luck.

Wade thanks for call the other day. We got power back in Walden at 7:30PM Wed night. But still none in Houston. No generators, thank God the remaining trees keep the house cool. But my whole neighborhood is still out and I have a downed line coiled in my back yard.

I was on the other side of the loop from you today. It gets really dark in that section between I-45 and the toll road after dark. Of course that is true even if the power was on.

I'll be in your hood 77018 on sunday. Apparently it flooded there also.

All 6 trees downed by Ike now out of my yard, drive and off the house. Now I need a new yard and house repair. Big hole in the roof with leakage and sheetrock coming down. And oh, the smell...

The tree guy was fantastic using a crane and climbers and no collateral damage. No add'l ruts in the yard. I highly recommend him over some of the others I have seen.
