Thats awesome!! Its kind of ironic, but they should use what is left of social security to fund it, that way we will have a retirement check when we get to be that age. Its better than the loosing proposition that is happening now

A lot of the land guys I know were told to price in their leases at $70-80. They are pretty screwed right now, so you can bet that they will crank the price back up ASAP.
