That looks like a damn good deal. Some new cockpit upholstery, engine refreshes and you would have a nice livable 45 foot boat. A Floating apartment.

Or just add that 30K to the money and buy a boat that doesn't need all that work.

Good thing is that you could run it on 2 or idle on 1 for the season and still be OK.
