you call this number and then go to the mickey leland building downtown once these people make you an appointment, gotta have pics ( kinkos ) certified birth cert and drivers license

Conroe court house is the best and fastest. They will take your pics there. Trust me on this I have done it twice in the last year because I lost the first one. When you go through the security post it is the first door you will see at your 11:00.

Jeff you can go to the post office in montgomery and they will take picture and everything. I got mine expedited and took less than two weeks. I think I had it in 7 days
