I am alive and well. Have been busy on the new house. I will be there all weekend if anyone wants to come by and check it out. All of the real work is done so the coast is clear to swing by.

The fact that the market is flat, has not changed his reserve. He still wants all the money for it.

I had a chnce to buy it before it was turned into a pleasure boat. I should have snagged it then.

It was 55K back in August. Still same price now. You couldn't have built it up from bad frog for that cash.

It was already together. New guy slapped some paint on her and ruined the cockpit and wants $20G's more.
