Great news. It is good to hear about some success these days.

The new album has three or four good songs on it. Unfortunately that is pretty much the only angry song, the rest are pretty slow.

Apparently the new lending requirements, and tightening of the strings for people trying to borrow money has not been transferred into the people who actually have to lend the money.

My mortgage broker has been working on this for so long that I can't rememeber, and now they call my accountant to verify self employment, when I have given them W-2's for the last 5 years.

Buch of idiots.

It's no wonder they are always complaining about trying to scrape out a living.

I should have gone into that business since apparently you don't need a lick of sense.

It just pisses me off to deal with loans anyway. The problem is the rate that I have locked down with the cash out, doesn't leave you room to negotiate because the money is to cheap. It's not like I am looking for a better deal, I just am dealing with people who don't know how to get things closed on time and I have to wait.

Been on this deal since mid December.
