This looks like a deal until you do the math on putting it together.

But it is a brand new 2010 model boat.

Those are sweet but you are correct on the math. I figure you would have a killer 130MPH cat for another $75K.

$150K is still not bad for a brand new cat that will haul the mail.

I bet that boat would run over 100 with those red engines on the floor of my shop.

The boat isn't on a trailer (10K+-) New gimbles and XR's would be 25-30K, Steering 5K, Exhaust 10K, plus lines and bilge rigging etc.

So you are at 60K without the engines. If you put new blue power in it then you know what those cost.

You can't really justify a brand new boat, and put old parts in it I don't think.

Stop the temptation

I still keep leaning towards that one that Tres has for sale.

You already have the mills, you can find a trailer for 6k. 8K for headers

4k for bravo gimbles

5k for drives

i don't have a clue for steering

maybe 110K when your all done....

That boat would shred stock bravo's like paper. You would have to have an ITS XR set up. That would save you on the steering, but new CMI's are 3K a side plus the tails.

It is a very interesting propsition. I am having a hard time working. Quit trying to talk me into it.

Mba,

I know this is really more boat than you can even imagine how to handle, but this is a pretty good deal right here.

wow! that is a nice ride. I know I'll get $hit for saying it but if you want a deal on a great boat right now, Fountain is the way to go. There are tons of deals on Fountains out there.
