The president and the vice president are not allowed to be biased. Feelings and opinions are up to the individual members of the club. It is our job to make sure that all the requirements are met. It is up to you guys to determine who becomes or stays a memebr. Not ours.
Beside the bylaws protect you if you follow them.

I have never denied that I phucked up at the first meeting. I have had to have no less than 3 dozen conversations on that subject all ready. I have to just work past all the screw ups.

Simple solution, hold him accountable to the bylaws. You nor did the VP draw them up. Its not your fault nor the members fault. It has been this way since 88. He will never learn until it hurts. It will also cut the brain damge you are putting yourself through.
