So I send an email asking about trailer for the boat and the other questions Joe told me to ask, etc and here is the brokers response.
"The trailer is not part of the package. The trailer might be available through a third party. The motors were tested and ran. The fuel may be old. The boat was not surveyed. What the bank wants and what they get depends on the bids. The bank will probably take the best offer they get. "

Well Cameron, You must be a natural,, cause you made the perfect first move, lol what you do it,, get jeff, big andy and the others interested,, they will call for the next two weeks low balling the owners,, thenn you show up cash in hand, (exactly five dollars more than their last low ball), then just be real nice,, tell them the boat is beautiful,, keep drinking,,(because you cant close a joew. deal with out being wastedd!), and as soons as he hangs up the phone with one of the conroe guys bidding five dollars more than your last bid,, put your money on the table yell out some sentence fragments,, shake his hand,, and tell him if he doesnt sell it, he takes it in the can.
