I drove up on this scene right after it happened. I would bet alochol was involved, although it is not mentioned because he was a X-Trooper.....

What happenend in Cape Conroe Sat night? There was a ton of cop cars at the intersection on paradise and river road at about 3am when Dave and I were trying to leave Joew's house. There were a ton of cars out there.
