Yes, you do have to be a member of TOPPS to run in poker run. At Clear Lake TOPPS, it takes 2 months to join. First meeting you get read in and second meeting you get voted in. I don't know about requirements for joining Conroe TOPPS.

Look forward to seeing the Conroe boys in Clear Lake. Should be a good event. Our last 2 years PR's were overnight trips to Freeport and looking forward to just a fun "day" run for a change.
