chadwick, you going to work on the scarab tonight? The Banana may need an oil change, but it will be there next weekend.
All those Cigarettes boats are too high maintainence. Best bet is to just have a beer on the trojan. :coolcowboy: |

Close call for Kayaker Friday, March 12, at approximately 4:30 pm Joe Ashton had left his Point Aquarius home to commence training for a kayaking competition that was to take place five months later. His kayaking trip began at Point Aquarius and was set to end at Ayers Island. The ending destination was never achieved due to a large wave that had overthrown him from the safety of the vessel. Once in the 57-degree waters of Lake Conroe Ashton had retrieved his cell phone from a baggie in his pocket and had called Investigator Mark Wright of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s office Crime Scene Unit. With only a small portion of his waterlogged kayak visible Ashton had set off a flare to make known his location to his rescuers. Once on the scene Pct. 1 Marine Division had removed him from the cold waters and returned him to dry land where Ashton was placed in a warm vehicle to begin warming. He did not endure any long-term injuries |
