And I'll remind them that the reason that the flood policy they paid for is not in effect is because our looser president hasn't signed the new flood insurance program into effect. From what I understand, him not signing it could void every policy in the country.

He signed it today at some point. They just sent us the memo, but there is a condition on it that it only lasts until Sept 30th, 2010.
I wonder what they are going to do after that? Refund partial premiums and cancel the flood program for the whole country?? I really have no clue what they are thinking, but I do know that FEMA has a $0 balance in there flood bank account right now.
Not good if you live in a flood area right now.
