Yes there is a thread about DollaBill buying the place. I believe it has something to do with today's date.

Guy across the canal has one of those, same colors, that boat has nice lines. For the longest time I looked across at it and thought it was a sunseeker, I still think Id rather have the sunseeker at national though.
