I'm glad Lefty is spending all of the money on the remodel of the condo so it will be in great condition for the tax sale.

He'll just leave in the front so all the neighbors can complain about like his boat , engine hoist, JEG boxes and ect.....HE's been a great addition to Diamondhead. I'm sure Milstead isn't too worried about his dropping property value!
