Two real email replies this week:
To join TOPPS, you need to complete the Boaters Safety Course and get the card. Then you present a copy of the card, your completed application, and check to board of directors (or mail it in). After receipt of the info., you must attend the next monthly meeting where you are "read in". The next monthly meeting you are "voted in" and must be present for the vote. Then you are a member from now on if you keep you annual dues paid. Go to TOPPS Clear Lake website and the application is listed. If you are not already a member, it is a 2 month process to become one so you won't be approved to run our poker run this weekend. Let us know if you need any more info. http://www.toppsboatclub.com/
