call the surveyor that did it, tell him you are fixing to close on the property and the title company needs a legible copy...

I was doing some work with google earth viewer a little while ago. If you zoom in on Inland marina you can see the tip of the bow of the islander stiking out.

That means joew can say that it is so big it can be seen from outer space

That is cool.
