This morning at 7 it was just a 28% of rain...now 4 hours later 60% WTF:confused:

Jsut this rain has gotten a lot of claims in. I get really stressed, but I usually figure out how to get it done.

Not many people around here that I want to let under my hatch. The ones that actually have time to do it don't have very good recent track records and the ones that have good records either don't have time or won't touch it.
