Still can't run it over 3500rpm's

I am putting more GOO on the oil leak this afternoon, But now I have a problem with it cutting out around 3900-4200. I am going to check the filter and rebuid the card, but it acts like I have a lobe flattened on the cam.

Runs like a workhorse at 35-3600 and below.

If I can't get it fixed before Sunday, I am going to put those big Azz cruiser props on it so I don't have to turn any rpm's
