Good for you. I can't. I'll just stay in my unfurnished lake house and eek out the mortgage payments every month until my terrible financial decision of selling the risky Del Lago house sells so that I can pay off my No Risk lake house investment that will probably have a greater future return.

ya because lakefront is a good investment, NOT!!! and i am not a guru.... unless guru means the greatest in the whole wide world cause then i am but i will never give you crap about no furniture, everything in my house came out of a furntiure auction or was repo'd from renters that didnt pay. Furniture is for suckers and women!!! All i need is two flat screens, my remote, a laptop and a blow up chair ( and a blow up woman )
