Default Hurricane DEAN what's your plan

08/17 I pulled my 35 out of CL Marine Ctr, put it on the trailer and took her to what I hope is safe ground. Later I will go down and get the dock box. I hope its all for nothing.
The Lake was like chocolate milk.

I really don't think we have anything to worry about. Im already tucked away in the warehouse. If i have to ill pull it up to a friends ranch and leave it in a field.

Fill your boats and trucks today. Shell just ordered the evacuation of all rigs in the gulf so expect high fuel prices in the morning.

Got my boat back with newly repaired engines on Wed. Really ready to get back in the water. However, will wait for Dean to pass. For now keeping it in my shop. If Dean even comes close to TX, the high tides require me to remove it from lift. Anxious to try out repaired motors though.

Saturday morning info on Dean is encourging, slightly
optimistic it will go in south of the border?? I think I will wait
untill late Sunday before making a decision on putting on the storm panels.

Tommy; Not a good weekend to test anyway. The lake and
Bay are full of debris. I broke a skeg running the bay last
weekend.

Don't know. I'm down south of Houston for another week and a half and would really like to have Dean stay way south. Figuring out where in the heck I'm going to go in case an evacuation is ordered.
