Youn NEED upgraded brakes for 22.5 inch wheels.

Do not trailer without the upgrade.

About the worst thing you can do to a tow vehicle is increase tire size...
The truck will loose it braking ability, and it's effective power will drop off big time.
Fine if you don't tow with the truck, but then again it is a "HD"truck...

So now you need to upgrade the braking system, and install 4.56 gears (I believe that is what the 550 and 450 Fords run) It would be less expensive to go buy a new F450... :rolleyes:

Truck looks great. I just got mine and am getting ready to put the wheels on. Did you lift you truck or just change the torsion bar keys? How rough is the ride when the truck is empty?

i did the keys it's pretty easy to do

the ride is not bad i never thought mine rode that good anyways

where did you get your kit?

truck looks good, now throw some 2.0 king shocks withs resivors and the ride will change dramatically, also there is a big brake kit out for the duallys as well now.

I got hte wheels from Red's in Miami and I am having PMT do a Kelderman airbag 4 link kit on the rear and change the keys.

let me dig out the flyer but I believe it was baer or brembo, my wheel distributer has set comming in to him to check out and test on his truck.

I went with Michelin XD2 they were a little more expensive, but have more tread than the other ones I had before
