Yep, you should just unbolt the factory hitch, and bolt the new one back up in its spot. You may have to change a couple of nuts inside the frame rails, but should have no drilling. Make sure to get a monster pipe or torque wrench, or HD impact.

Did mine last night. Wasn't hard at all. Drop the spare for more room. Hardest thing was removing old bolts. They had factory thread locker on them. Broke loose with big ratchet, then used impact. Kit gave me all new bolts. I applied red threadlocker, used impact, then followed with big ratchet and socket. Specs said to torque to 75lbs but I am sure I went over that. Oh yeah I got filthy from the dirty falling from under the truck and me rolling in it.
