06 Dodge Ram, some outside style changes?
I was at a dealer test driving a 05 Hemi, and looking for info on the 06's. I was told there were going to be a small body restyle, similar to the Dakota! Along with the Hemi will shut down cylinders to conserve fuel.
Anyone confirm this? He!! are there any new 06's anywhere south of me yet? Pics?

Dodge did not only change the out side , larger head lights and front end changes a little, but they also improved the interior.

Any pics of the interior? They needed to do some work inside to compete with Ford, GM!
See I'm on the fence now between a regular cab Ford, or Dodge. Love the Hemi power, but not the fuel sucking factor. I like the little extra room in the Ford too! Both ride very nice. But to me the Dodge looks great with the 20" wheels and all Black!

They did a lot more than that. There is a all new frame and suspension in addition to the new interior and exterior changes. Plus the Hemi gets the MDS system...operates as a 4cyl when cruising to save fuel. Dodge did much more than just a mild update, its almost an all new truck.
But with the MDS and new tranfer case mods, it doesn't help fuel consump in city. or towing.

I have an '06 Dodge Dually that will be delivered in the next 6-10 days. New Diesel, Pak Brake, Mega Cab 4 Door 4X4. I'll post pics when it comes in.
