You will be fine with SRW. If you use for lot's of cross country dually will have better grip on road but hassle for normal driving, car washes,drive thru, parking, and they sit lower. Addt'l height can help spot brake lights head..
I am getting a diesel SRW be spring. Troutly pulls his heavy 38 Formula with SRW.

do you have the long bed or short bed on your 3500?

a buddy of mine just got a megacab thingy and it fits in his garage... its two inches shorter than a long bed quad cab...

my crew cab shortbed fits in the garage, with room to spare..
