Currently have Nitto 305/70x16 on my F350. Nice tires. Quiet running on dry when new @20k miles and wear , they're getting noisey. Good in rain and snow,
Spring time I'm putting on 305/50x20 GoodyearEagle "extra load" tires. Max capacity is over 3000 lbs each.
Here's some test fit shots.

I did a lot of reading of buyer's opinions before I bought new tires for my 2500HD. I loved the look of the Toyo's but seemed poor wear (followed by road noise) was a reoccurring issue. I got a lot of the same comments about the NITTO's. The Revo's seem to always get the highest customer satisfaction ratings but didn't look aggressive enough for me. I went with the BFG ATs, also highly rated and been around for awhile. The commom theme with these was that you can beat the crap out of them and they won't let you down. I was warned to rotate every 3-5K and the mileage will last ALOT longer. I read many stories of contractors maxing them out way beyond their ratings with no failures.

After 20k on them, I still love the look and the wear is very acceptable - easily another 20k in them. I do get a touch of road noise between 35-50, nothing that is bothersome. Grip in all weather conditions has been impressive. Good luck with your search...

I too read a zillion reviews on any site I could find and it came down to 3 choices, the BFG TKO, Cooper ATR, or REVO's. I too read that Toyo's owners reported un-even tread wear, excessive road noise and wore out quickly. I am very happy w/ the Revo's they are way more aggressive than the good years that were on there, road noise is a bit louder and gas mileage went down about 1 mpg... I really like the snow traction and they look good too..

I pretty much only drive my truck (was a 04 duramax 4dr 4wdr,now a 06 lbz) when the roads are icy or snow covered during the winter to get around during bad weather or going snowmobiling. I pull off my stock highway tires that I have mounted on the factory alloys the first time it snows until april when the snow melts and put on my set of factory chrome steel wheels with a set of goodyear workhorse extra grip load range E's,they are a 235/85 aspect ratio and better than ANY of the wider tires out there when it comes to driving on snow and ice (they cut thru it instead of floating around on top) and the tread is extremely deep. I will post a pic in a few days. They are not a good all around tire though and I wouldn't think of running them year round run but they grip like they have studs in them even on wet slush on ice or slick, wet, snowy roads. The best thing is they are pretty durable (they are a commercial truck tire ) and only 130$ a piece,Smitty

Mickey Thompson's I have 14,000 miles on theses tires and like them. They are just about as quiet as the stock tires.

I've also got Revo's that now have over 28k miles on them and they are still great!

A lot of BFG AT owners that switch to Revo's are blown away. ONe of the big advantages is tread wear, over the ohter ones mentioned.

And as said, they are great on all surfaces. I've only been in snow and ice 1-2 times but I tried really hard to test them and they just grabbed.

Awesome tire.......and they look good too!
