what are you trying to accomplish with it a good tow rig or flat out a runner? If a tow rig and want to change settings then a programmer like a quadzilla or edge module will get you there. For exhaust I would highly reccomend the mbrp and for an intake if you want the turbo whistle to be louder look at an intake kit with the metal/aluminum tube with a cold air box surrounding the surround. if no turbo whistle is in the plans then get a green filter or swiss cheese the stock airbox. As for warrenty just be smart and take the programmer off most times they dont care if you are good with the service guy and are consistent that is always a loaded question on the warrrentys. My service guy with my rig has no problems with what is done to it and its a lot more than a programmer and exhaust.

Byrdman, the bolt on is made by Gear-Vendors. I looked on their site & they don't show a model for the Allison.
Try a 2 speed rear end or a bigger wheel tire combo.
No homo jokes f*ckers!

Yes....they do not...and have nothing coming......also..I can not hop it up cause medium duty truck computors and sensors for everything are different from light duty ....I will look into the 2 speed rear.....got any ideas like gear vendors....so i can keep it simple???....I really need to go faster than 75.....on the highyways it is killing me....I am stuck in the flow of traffic and sometimes have to go to the right .....2 speed rear....I will find it if they make it....great idea!

They are quite popular in the RV towing world. You should be able to find one without too much trouble.

Why not get really simple & change the gears in the rear end. Isn't that truck set up with a dump bed or something? It might have some big a$$ gears in it right now.
I'd go that way or find a bigger tire/wheel combonation.

yes....what does it mean when it seems like you have a injector rapping...some blue smoke....then goes away....then when it is sitting there idling....there is a clicking noise....coming from within..deep....some say it is the same noise that the oil port issues in the first lbz??2 different issues....anyway that did not take long for me to have a warranty issue...this is probably why the previous owner dumped it...but there was no claims ....when I was going to the dealership it started pinging like....bad injector....then let a real damaging bang go ...after that it ran fine....i think it is mis firing a injector...not loading.....then loading to much......????

The truck is 4x4....with hauler bed....I would go for a 2 speed rear if it could be done...since I am the only driver...I do not want bigger tires...there no good for towing...plus it will be a eyesore for everyday use...it has 519 gears
