6 inch lift, 35 inch MT atz's on Diamo 18's

had it 1 week and got a ticket for illegal vehicle height
measured 29 1/2 at the rear bumper, cop said my vehicle is considered a passenger car and can only be 22 inch's from the bottom of the bumper to pavement.

Yup, I had heard that in VA. Anything without a detached bed is considered a passenger car. If yours was a F250, it would be legal. Sux.

most states go by how it is registered, truck or passenger vehicle... in missouri, you could register the ex has a truck or car...

there's just one cop that has a problem, state police don't care, my county cops don't care, but 1 cop in the city i work in does, even his partners don't care, the Ex is classified as a MPV but ther is no laws for MPV's in the code.

My sister and her husband has a Bronco that they lifted and put 38's on it. It looks great as does yours, but they get hassled and ticketed constantly in it.

I had an old blazer with 44's on it. Finally got tired of being pulled over so i got rid of it
