I hope so the new style is nice, I want to hear more on that new 6.0 max
it only shows 20ft/lbs more than a regular 6.0 but the fuel economy looks like some improvement was made. I think i will wait till the start putting a 5 speed auto on the Max so you can run 4.10 rears and have the 5th for better non tow MPG. But if you tow a lot get a diesel or BB. Torque rules

I am selling my 05 3/4 because I got a new 07 3/4 and the new one pulls nothing like my 05. Granted I do have the 8.1 in the 05 and the 6.0 in the 07. The 07 feels like it's working so hard all the time. The 07 is a sweet truck and completey loaded but I like the 05 better. Yes the 07 gets better gas milage but I would rather pay the money for the gas then having to worry about breaking something all the time.

I just was at a dealer looking at a new 06 and they told me that the 07 2500HD's would be coming out the same as the 06's but they expected them to change mid year to the new style. They also told me that they expected a "classic" and "new" style, meaning that the HD would eventually change to the new 07 style. I am not crazy about the new style of the 1500 Silverado.

I heard the Dmax will remain, but will be adding some 'filters' to meet the new emission standards.
