WOW thats a tall trailer, most of the ones we rig for fall in the shorter catagory. An Idea would be to goto a local trailer co leave a CC on hand or do a swipe if you dont live close by, take an adjustable home flip it both ways to what lines up then take that measurement go in and buy the solid tube in the drop that you need being flipped or in drop position. Why I say the adjustable you can go either up or down with it without a bunch of trips back and forth then take it in.

2000 Ford PSD 4x4 Dually with 2" factory rear blocks.
28" to the top of the hitch unloaded. I think its a 4" drop hitch that I have flipped upwards.
