Bob, I Am 50 Miles South Of Chicago And Travel 8 Or So Hours To Sled 5-8 Times A Winter In The U.p. Of Michigan. Towing Anything Bigger Than A 4 Place Enclosed Can Get Very Hairy From Time To Time. I Also Agree With Everyone That The Aluminum Is The Way To Go. We Have A Dozen Guys Down Here That Go Up Regularly And We Have Everything In Our Group From Triton, Bearcat,featherlite, Etc. They All Are Good Trailers. I Have An Aluminum 4-place Enclosed Bearcat. I Love It. Fold-down Rear Door And Fold Down Front Door. My Buddy Has The Floe Trailer Which Went A Few Inches Wider This Year And A Few Inches Longer. Holds Up Excellent. It Also Has Oil-bath Bearings Which Are Much More Efficient And New Technology. All These Are Going To Be 7-10k For A Good One. Good Luck.

Featherlite, Classic or Haulmark.

I was always told to go aluminum (with a sled hauler) but after talking with some owner of aluminum trailers they told me that they have issues just like steel ones , stuff corroding , fatique cracks that kind of stuff.
I have a 25' Haulmark, I painted the frame with this black epoxy paint ($80 a gallon) which is supposed to withstand rust , and I've had the trailer 3 years now and its still in great shape. Sure it's heavy but that's no big deal.
The inlines are really popular right now but I would never buy one.
