Default Tires

What are the best tires for a Ford 350 Dully? I had the original General on the truck. However, the front tires shot in 17 miles...not from a bad alignment or wear, but uneven. Uneven, meaning,,,not wear but the tread is very rough.

Any thoughts?

Best for what? BFG AT's are great for their purpose. Toyo and yokahama have great tires that come in many sizes. Need more info. Use, wheels, etc.

Michelin (XGV ? I think) are on my F-350. I bought the truck used, and the tires had been installed when I bought it. I am very happy with them towing 12,000 lbs.

You can try switching the tires on the current rims side to side. Sometimes that will level them back out until you have to switch them again.

I have been running Firestone Transforce HT tires on my 3500 Chevy Dually. The ride is great and I tow about 12K on the bumper.

The Michelin XPS series as well as the Bridgestone V-Steel both have all steel casings and are 10ply's. Is your Truck 2wd or 4wd? BFG, GY, and Firestone all make 10ply's that are good tires.

B/stone 187 series, Michelin XPS ribs both have heavy casings and wear well, and I've used alot of Toyo's/Nitto's on customers vehicles and haven't had any comebacks.
