Default TV Tow Rating for '07 Chevy HDs

According to the TV tonight I can tow a train with my '07 HD, wonder how much that weighs? Is that responsible advertising?

those were special carbon fiber train cars,they were just below the trucks 18,000lb rating [as per dealer info i saw]

Didn't Ford have a commercial a few years back with a 350 Dually pulling a cruise ship, im sure there is fine print at the end of the commercial

Yeah, it actually says in fine print something along the lines of being "fictionalized".
I'm a GM guy, but I wouldn't fall for those floating transporter commercials either

i once owned a wrangler and would gladly have submersed it if the insurance would have paid. Biggest POS vehicle I have ever owned, wheels in the air more than on the pavement.
